London’s Trailer Happiness rum bar is taking over the award-winning Heartbreaker in the CBD for two nights only.

Trailer Happiness is a Polynesian-themed lounge bar, den and kitchen set on Portobello Road in trendy Notting Hill.

The bar’s extensive drink menu was developed with help from famed cocktail connoisseur Dale DeGroff, who was recognised by the New York Times in 2015 as “one of the world’s foremost cocktail experts”.

Trailer Happiness’s signature mix is the Super Sonic Tiki Tonic, a twist on the classic G&T with Plantation 3 Star rum, watermelon and cucumber shrub, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur and tonic water.

Heartbreaker will transform to replicate the London bar’s aesthetic, complete with floral leis and a free cocktail on arrival.
