Jamaican Music and Food Festival 2017

The Jamaican Music and Food Festival returns to Melbourne this month following last year’s debut.

This year the festival line-up includes music from Bush Man, Marvin Priest, King Ru and Ska Vendors performing reggae, dancehall, ska, roots and dub over five stages.

At the bars you’ll find Appleton Estate rum and Red Stripe lager. The Food Village will be serving goat curry, roti, buffalo chicken wings from Wingman, Jerk Pork, vegetarian options from Ital, and Chicken from Boss Man Food.

There will also be storytelling from Jamaican culture and folklore, as well as face-painting and other children’s activities.

From 11am to 9pm.
